Job Description
- Req#: 112892
- Education: higher professional education (MBO, HBO);
- Work experience: min. 2 years of experience is required in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding international environment;
- IT Savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) with a strong inclination towards staying updated on IT innovations, particularly collaboration tools, and actively promoting new digital work methods;
- Languages: fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
Location: Amsterdam, with a mix of office and home working
Parttime/fulltime: 40 hours a week

What will you do as a Business Support Specialist?
As a management assistant, you will be the Business Support Specialist for a specific department. Together with a team of other assistants, you work closely to support the (senior) directors of the Leadership Team. Agenda, event and travel management are high on your list of activities. Next to the daily business, you will be challenged to develop yourself continuously. We offer training and want you to become a star in project management. With a proactive attitude, your main task is to advise on content related topics, recommend on the usage of digital collaboration tools effectively and follow-up on communication.
