What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support client needs
- Conduct data analysis and create reports using SQL
- Write epics, user stories, and tasks in Agile methodologies using JIRA
- Collaborate with project teams utilizing project management tools like TFS and HPQC
- Design and model data structures while understanding API, XML, and web application concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a business analyst in a mid to large organization
- At least 4 years of experience in writing Agile epics, stories, and tasks, with a preference for Scrum
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL queries and report writing
- Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, and HPQC
- At least 1 year of experience in data structures, data modeling, and database schema
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Finance/Wealth Management domain
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies beyond basic requirements
- Knowledge of API, XML, and web application technologies
- Previous experience with tools like Aha! for project management
- Strong presentation skills for reporting findings
