What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter and review health insurance product data to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues
- Document procedures clearly and concisely to enhance process efficiency
- Contribute to special projects aimed at improving data management and workflow
- Meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology or relevant fields
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to document processes clearly and meet deadlines
- Experience with health insurance products or terminology preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of HTML preferred
- Experience with Simplify Healthcare Benefits 1 software preferred
