What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Gather requirements through interviews, document reviews, and process analysis
- Evaluate and document business requirements, functional requirements, and test plans

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or business systems analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- 2+ years of experience in Information Systems or related field

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365 ERP or Salesforce CRM
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
