      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a technical point of contact for the Sales team and clients to set expectations and drive implementations
      - Conduct strategic analysis to improve standard solutions, deliverables, and templates
      - Collaborate with IT and business users to evaluate data and recommend solutions
      - Manage large- and small-scale projects focusing on dental encounters, claims, eligibility, and enrollment via EDI standards
      - Document and maintain requirements using various tools and perform ad hoc data analysis with SQL queries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst
      - Excellent organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
      - Strong interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of dental or medical insurance claims processing
      - Familiarity with handling Personal Health Information (PHI) data and various file structures like XML and EDI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in EDI transactions supporting dental and medical claims processing
      - Ability to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical resources
      - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
