What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing technology systems and business processes, developing strategies for improvement
- Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operational requirements
- Develop proposals and plans for the design and installation of new systems and processes
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, users, vendors, and information technology teams
- Evaluate technology products and solutions to ensure successful transitions to new business systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- One year of experience involving business process analysis, systems planning, information systems, and/or project management
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to develop strategies for technology improvement
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of experience equivalent to a Business Systems Analyst I with the employer
- Previous experience developing and maintaining Microsoft solutions using SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience calculating workers' compensation rates and reporting for FSA Non-Discrimination Audits
