What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, compile, and interpret data for accuracy and efficiency
- Determine system requirements and communicate them through documentation
- Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis and user input
- Provide expert technical support for systems and improve end-user experience
- Assist in identifying and resolving process issues, including system testing and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate analysis output effectively
- Experience in producing advanced reports and identifying areas for improvement
- Proven track record of providing technical support and system enhancements
- Familiarity with compliance testing and analysis processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Accounting Hub
- Experience with PeopleSoft technologies such as SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and PS Query
- Knowledge of Control M configuration and execution
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL queries
- Experience working with stakeholders to elicit business requirements
