What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other related advanced degree
- Knowledge of design techniques and principles for producing drawings and models
- Familiarity with software such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
