What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed gap analyses to assess differences between existing applications and target systems
- Organize and lead workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture requirements
- Collaborate with distribution, sales, and technology teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Gather, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements for system consolidation efforts
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that align with project goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the media industry
- Proven experience with harmonization and consolidation projects
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis and documentation, including BRDs and Functional Design Specifications
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating workshop sessions for effective requirements gathering
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Media Studies, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with theatrical distribution and planning systems
- Familiarity with studio technology ecosystems and distribution workflows
- Hands-on experience with the integration of distribution technology platforms
