Business Systems Analyst
Location - Thisrole is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 100miles of Organic Valley offices in WI, you will be expected to collaborateonsite in a hybrid fashion for 4-8 days per month. If you reside outside of 100 miles, you willtravel in 4 times/year for intentional collaboration and connection.

Summary of Role
As part of the IT Business Engagement group, the Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison with the business customer and is accountable for the requirements analysis and detailed functional solution design of one (or more) end-to-end business processes that align with overall IT strategies as well as meet the needs of the business. The Business Systems Analyst (Quality Management) brings expertise in Quality business processes and can articulate or translate requirements as they relate to process improvement proposals, application enhancements, system configuration, and problem resolutions. This role will work closely with Organic Valley's Quality, Sales, Plant Operation and Production departments to deliver functional solutions that support those departments' strategic objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Research, recommend and develop functional solution design; define business processes, improvements, and business objectives with focus on SAP QM capabilities and including integration points with other functional areas.
• Present solution options of business requirements to business process owners for selection.
• Responsible for the requirements gathering and solution design - partnering with the development team to deliver a configured and unit tested solution of sufficient quality and efficient functionality.
• Analyzes and documents requirements and designs solutions for the business process scenarios.
• Facilitates the realization of the technology solution to fulfill business requirements, including design frameworks, documentation, and proof of concept needs while adhering to documentation, configuration, security, development, and testing standards and guidelines. This includes:
o Completing functional specifications.
o Establishing the design of the configuration related to the SAP organization structure, business process, and master data.
o Authoring business process design documents, functional specifications, end user system procedures, end-to-end business process flows, and user stories.
o Completing configuration tasks to support the development team if needed.
o Validating the solution through testing processes.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing work requests, bug fixes, and other initiatives as necessary.
• Consider user impact, capabilities, limitation, and adoption; collaborates with business process owners and subject matter experts.
• Assist in investigating business application problems, document available workarounds, identify their root cause and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Highlights/identifies gaps in existing functionality and frames this problem in SAP terms.
• Identifies functional interdependencies.
• Develops business cases for new functionality.
• Keeps abreast of SAP trends and innovations for their respective process areas or functional areas.
• Supports the super users for respective process area.
• Provides leadership through effective communication, team building and mentoring.
• Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service.
• Provides on-call support as needed.
• Liaison with 3rd party technical support for QM-related bugs and custom development.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred; or 5+ years equivalent experience and/or business area experience.
• 5+ years' experience with SAP in a technical or functional capacity strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP systems specific configuration and implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP with expertise in Quality business processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge across the QM module of SAP S/4HANA - including knowledge of SAP integration points for transactional and master data.
• Demonstrated business experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:
o Consumer Packaged Goods
o Food & Beverage
o Process Manufacturing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor.
• Ability to act independently and under very general direction to define, implement, and document system changes in support of business process solutions.
• Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude - including the ability to resolve conflicting or contentious perspectives (vertically and horizontally within the organization).
Base salary wage range: $80,010 - $109,480 per year
This salary wage rangeis exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also includeincentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. Ifyou are hired at CROPP, your final base salary wage compensation will be determinedbased on factors such as skills, education, and/orexperience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity andconsider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any finaloffer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role shouldexpect to be at the lower end of the salary wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary wage rangeis not typical.
