      As part of the Retail Fresh Portfolio team, you will support the successful delivery of project leadership for a large portfolio of technology systems including in-store inventory systems, bakery production, scales, mobile apps, ground beef tracking, sign printing, and various other in-store applications.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Engage with project leaders to effectively manage budgets, resource tasking, timelines, and risks
      • Collaborate with project leaders to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately for multiple technology initiatives
      • Provide key support in facilitating adherence to project processes
      • Develop and review high-quality technical documentation
      • Administer and streamline portfolio processes and workflows
      • Ensure tasks are completed promptly and thoroughly

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Finance, or a related discipline
      • 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a technical, development, or analytics role for a large organization
      • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experience
      • 3+ years of experience creating Excel Pivot Tables for data analysis
      • 3+ years of experience managing projects, budgets, resource tasking, timelines, and risks
      • 2+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)
      • 1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Apps
      • 1+ years of experience in creating SharePoint Power Automate Flows for communications, approvals, and operations
      • 1+ years of experience in creating and updating Microsoft Access queries, reports, and macros

      Preferred Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience using project management enterprise software (e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench, Microsoft Project)
      • 3+ years of experience writing, proofreading, and clarifying technical work in a mid-to-large-sized company
      • 3+ years of experience in creating and analyzing financial reports to track budgets and costs
      • 3+ years of experience in change management

      Potential Annual Pay with Bonus

      75,075 - 112,580

      Year End Bonus

      As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
