What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, document, and recommend user requirements and specifications for existing and new applications
- Prioritize and schedule backlog, bug fixes, and enhancements for implementation
- Design and develop user interfaces and workflows using in-house low-code development framework
- Analyze and map business process flows to improve system efficiency
- Provide training and support for end users while maintaining documentation of IT projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of business analysis or product management experience
- One or more years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business is preferred
- Strong understanding of SQL structured query language and relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey messages effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan origination, servicing, and default processes
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services and other BI systems
- Experience with software testing methodologies including defect management and analysis
- Ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
