      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and optimize procurement and legal operations systems, specifically Zip and Ironclad
      - Act as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
      - Manage system configurations and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless workflows
      - Drive enhancements across platforms to maintain data integrity and compliance
      - Collaborate with design teams during the development of new legal systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in procurement or legal operations
      - Hands-on experience with Coupa, Zip, and Ironclad platforms
      - Strong understanding of procurement workflows and contract lifecycle management
      - Experience working with APIs, data mapping, and integration logic
      - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
