What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with client management to analyze business requirements and recommend innovations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and professional organizations
- Oversee the execution of complex project plans on assigned applications
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in application functionality and testing efforts
- Recommend and initiate new policies and procedures to improve departmental performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or operational/business analytics/systems development experience
- Experience with large system enhancements, conversions, and production problem resolution
- Complete understanding of the system development life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of multiple business area functions
- Experience as a senior-level Business Systems Analyst
- Familiarity with application development support software and hardware platforms
- Ability to effectively use project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
