What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Workplace Solutions Senior Leadership Team, developing business cases for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders and subject matter experts to assess current and desired future states, providing actionable recommendations
- Document business and system process risks and ensure architecture and system capabilities are understood
- Build and maintain relationships while developing knowledge of the insurance industry and broader business environment
- Partner with Procurement to evaluate external partners and ensure informed decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles
- Strong experience working with Senior Leaders and building relationships across the organization
- Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of influencing outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
