What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead business requirements definition and documentation, including process flows and use cases.
- Conduct customer and market needs analysis to develop detailed product and system requirements.
- Act as the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
- Oversee business-to-system knowledge management and assist in overall system design.
- Write SQL queries and conduct data analysis to support system conversion projects.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with data tools such as SAS, SQL, and TOAD TSQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-based systems and data conversion projects.
- Familiarity with database management and ODBC connections.
