      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform systems analysis assignments with varying degrees of supervision, providing technical business support to clients
      - Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to document and manage functional specifications
      - Support testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions for various testing phases
      - Analyze business challenges and recommend innovative IT solutions, ensuring effective system transitions
      - Develop detailed specification documents and test plans to guarantee new system designs meet business requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree or equivalent experience
      - 7+ years of related experience in systems analysis, with progressively responsible roles
      - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
      - Previous management experience required
      - Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years' experience with PEP+
      - In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with experience in developing business and technical workflows, process mapping, and user stories
