What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead and coordinate programs and projects from design to delivery
- Serve as the Program or Project Manager for cross-functional teams across operations, product, and technology
- Define and build deliverables such as plans, business cases, and communication plans
- Drive decision-making and ensure on-time delivery of defined deliverables
- Manage vendor agreements related to project delivery and drive process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience in a related field, or a master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in a related field without a degree
- 10+ years of program and/or portfolio management experience managing large-scale strategic or transformational programs
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level and influence without direct authority
- Mastery of delivery methodologies including Agile, waterfall, and hybrid models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, Prosci/ADKAR, SAFe, or equivalent
- Experience in large-scale multi-year business transformations
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of implementation
