What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage multiple complex relocation and logistics projects, ensuring all deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including budgets and schedules
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service
- Oversee vendor performance and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate project team meetings and provide guidance to junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Certification, or 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven ability to prepare and track project budgets and schedules
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office Suite, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel (30%) as required by project needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in interpreting architectural drawings and space planning conceptual plans
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships
- Previous experience in project management within the relocation or logistics industry
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
