What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead staff, assign, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to enhance operational productivity
- Analyze company data and recommend initiatives that positively impact financial results
- Execute test plans for system changes, ensuring all requirements are met without affecting overall functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to 7+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, counseling, and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong relationship-building skills across business lines and with vendors
- In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices

- Experience in financial services or banking industry
- Familiarity with reporting tools and complex data manipulations
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution
