      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and document department needs, analyzing business processes for operational and financial optimization

      - Ensure quality of IT solutions through testing and validation of business needs
      - Manage routine and special projects, coordinating functions across various departments
      - Maintain and build system maintenance files, including fee schedules and inventory setups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or at least five years of relevant industry experience
      - Knowledge of home infusion, medical billing practices, and payer reimbursement guidelines
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft 365
      - Attention to detail and ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare insurance or healthcare-related fields
      - Strong analytical skills and project management experience
      - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences
