  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make outbound calls to members to schedule doctor appointments and assist with health needs screenings
  - Educate members on their benefits and available enhanced services
  - Identify and address barriers preventing members from completing necessary health screenings
  - Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to meet department and company goals
  - Analyze call data to refine outreach strategies and improve member engagement
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - 3+ years of sales experience in a call center or high-pressure sales environment, or 1+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  - Experience with outbound call center roles
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bilingual in Spanish and English
  - Familiarity with medical terminology
  - Experience in educating members on healthcare services
  - Ability to navigate multiple systems while engaging with members
