      Business / Product Analyst
      Duration: 12+ Months
      Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Southern Ohio, Greater Boston, Connecticut, or Rhode Island

      About the Role
      We are seeking a Business/Product Analyst to collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Teams, and Technical Teams to implement and support innovative technical solutions that drive organizational success.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Facilitate process mapping sessions to document current and future states (AS IS/TO BE).
      • Assist the Product Team in prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes, and researching emerging tools aligned with industry trends.
      • Develop, analyze, and refine technical specifications for delivery to the development team.
      • Identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
      • Work within Azure DevOps (ADO) to refine features, develop user stories, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
      • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
      • Ensure traceability across project work, including capturing requirements, tracking test cases linked to requirements, and supporting defect resolution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
      Qualifications
      • Proven experience in business analysis and product management.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in ADO.
      • Ability to analyze complex systems, identify solutions, and drive implementation.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
