Develop and present the regional merchandising strategy for the assigned apparel category in alignment with brand vision and financial objectives.

Lead seasonal line planning to create a well-balanced assortment across fits, styles, price points, and customer clusters.

Analyze historical performance, market trends, and competitive data to guide product and investment decisions.

Partner with internal teams and external licensees to ensure cohesive assortment planning and execution.

Maintain system accuracy and data integrity across merchandising platforms.

Monitor consumer and market trends to ensure ongoing product relevance.

Present key findings and insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Foster collaboration and influence across teams through clear, empathetic communication.

Minimum of 4 years of merchandising experience within an apparel manufacturer, retailer, or brand.

Proven ability to interpret market and design trends to create successful product assortments.

Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional partners.

Proficiency in merchandising systems and data management tools.

This role is 100% remote, with optional hybrid work available in New York or San Francisco.

Occasional travel may be required for meetings or market visits.
Job Summary
The Merchant Buyer will be responsible for developing and executing the merchandising strategy for the Kids apparel category. This role combines consumer insights, market analysis, and financial planning to build compelling, brand-aligned assortments that meet customer needs and drive business performance. The position reports to the Merchant of Accessories, Kids, and Collections and collaborates closely with Planning, Allocation, and Licensing partners to ensure cohesive product execution and commercial success. This position is fully remote, with optional hybrid availability in New York or San Francisco.Job Responsibilities
