      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contribute to the design and development of training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
      - Maintain and oversee training materials, curriculum, and evaluation strategies
      - Represent the employer in internal, customer, and regulatory venues
      - Support the management and delivery of training programs
      - Lead training program reviews and drive continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Instructor Certification (BWR)
      - Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in the nuclear power industry
      - Minimum of 10 years training experience in the nuclear industry
      - Previous certification as a classroom instructor and simulator instructor at NPP
      - Willingness and ability to travel to various sites as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant technologies, including BWR and PWR
      - Familiarity with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
      - Experience with Nuclear Operations and related Training
      - Experience with Initial and Requalification Certification Examination development
      - Experience delivering all phases of Operator Training
