      Job Summary:

      C3 Presents Casino's Team is actively seeking a Talent Buyer to join their team! As a Talent Buyer, you will be responsible for booking talent for Casinos. This includes but is not limited to: providing clients with artist pitches and market research, oversee avails submissions from agencies, organize holds and calendars, building offers, organize deal point memos and finalize offers, review contracts and accounting.

      Responsibilities

      • Responsible for booking talent for Casinos. This includes but is not limited to: providing clients with artist pitches, market research, overseeing avails submissions from agencies, organizing holds and calendars, building offers, creating and tracking deal point memos, finalizing offers, reviewing contracts, and managing accounting
      • Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with Casino clients, agents, managers, and other industry professionals
      • Conduct independent and proactive research for venue markets and entertainment trends
      • Program entertainment and content based on venue’s needs, market trends, and business goals
      • Negotiate and execute all contractual agreements between the C3 Presents clients and artists.
      • Coordinate with internal team to ensure all facets of shows are coordinated and successful (production, marketing, ticketing, etc.)
      • Manage monthly financials and assist in executing financial goals between client and venue
      • Organize and oversee weekly calls with Casino venues for updates, participate in weekly client calls, participate in bi-weekly meetings, and manage clear and consistent communication with agents
      • Other duties as necessary

      Requirements

      • At least 3-5 years of experience in related industry, promoter or agency experience is a plus
      • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
      • Interested and enthusiastic about music, both on a national level and as it relates to casino entertainment
      • Extensive knowledge of the music industry landscape in order to create successful shows, as well as provide solid support
      • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and excel under pressure with high priority on meeting set deadlines
      • Impeccable organizational skills
      • Excellent and confident phone and in person manner to handle significant client contact
      • Solid computer skills, including advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
      • Competency within Adobe Creative Cloud products
      • Advanced understanding of Rome to build budgets and offers
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Personable and professional disposition
      • Flexibility in work hours and availability, including evenings and weekends, especially during major projects events
      • Ability to travel, including international
