      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide affirming primary care services for women, including gynecological services and holistic healthcare
      - Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, and innovation in care delivery
      - Conduct annual exams, manage chronic conditions, and address urgent care concerns
      - Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance the care model and improve patient outcomes
      - Engage in shared decision-making with patients to support their health journeys

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board certified Nurse Practitioner in California with an unrestricted license
      - Ability to provide primary and gynecological care with compassion and empathy
      - Experience in managing primary care services, including chronic disease management
      - Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
      - Authorized to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Procedural skills for IUD insertions, nexplanon insertion, and colposcopies
      - Experience or formal training in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ+ health
      - Background in integrative medicine practices
      - Diverse experiences in different communities or care modalities
