      Job Description

      We are looking for a skilled CAD Design Engineer with strong experience in 2D and 3D design to support engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will create accurate drawings and models, ensure designs meet industry standards, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, or Revit

      • Develop manufacturing-ready drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

      • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents accurately

      • Apply GD&T and industry design standards to all designs

      • Perform design validation, tolerance analysis, and feasibility checks

      • Identify design issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions

      • Manage design changes and revisions efficiently

      • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

      • Maintain proper documentation and design records using PLM/PDM systems

      Qualifications

      Required Skills

      • Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD design

      • Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering standards

      • Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and fabrication methods

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      • High attention to detail and accuracy

      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

      Good to Have

      • Experience with PLM/PDM tools

      • Exposure to tolerance analysis and design optimization

      • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
