      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with project managers in the development of project drawings
      - Assist in the creation and review of construction documents across major design disciplines
      - Work with estimators to develop project budgets
      - Produce layout drawings and equipment lists for construction projects
      - Adhere to schedules and manage workload effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD
      - Proficiency in CAD drafting; Bentley Microstation experience is a plus
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
      - Understanding of applicable building codes and standards related to retail design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CAD drawing file structures, standards, and management techniques
      - Experience with DXF files and project modeling
      - Knowledge of retail design principles and regulations
