What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls from clients to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services; maintain records of all customer conversations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring clients feel supported and valued
- Engage in active listening with callers; identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Provide problem resolution on billing or shipment issues and update online customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to advocate for customers and creatively resolve problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Reliable attendance and availability to work rotating Saturdays or permanent Saturdays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related call center
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous remote work experience
