      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional and empathetic support to callers regarding benefits and eligibility inquiries
      - Assess client eligibility by reviewing information against program requirements
      - Research inquiries and route calls to appropriate departments or personnel
      - Document call notes and updates accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
      - Identify and report emerging trends or issues in customer calls to inform process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Experience handling inbound and outbound service calls
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting various applications and services

      - Background in non-profit, education, or social services
      - Experience working with diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds
      - Knowledge of public service loan forgiveness programs
