  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make consistent outbound calls related to assigned programs or projects
  - Document all customer interactions using provided tools
  - Maintain a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

  - Set appointments in a business-to-customer format
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - At least one year of actual call center experience, including working with an automatic dialer and call scripting
  - High school diploma or GED
  - Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  - Strong communication skills and active listening abilities
  - Basic computer skills and computer literacy

  - Sales experience
  - Experience in an outbound environment
