What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally
- Research information using available resources to resolve customer issues
- Process forms, orders, and applications as requested by customers
- Escalate priority issues to high-level management when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including comments and actions taken
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Open availability to work a flexible 24x7 schedule
- Experience dealing with the public over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
