What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new and current patients through the call center
- Manage patient calls and provide/gather necessary medical information
- Create, update, and access confidential patient data in the EMR system
- Facilitate the appointment process by collecting demographic, referral, and clinical information
- Communicate effectively with all departments to minimize wait times and enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone presence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks
- Previous experience in call centers and healthcare services is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) preferred
