      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service

      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, with Spanish language proficiency being advantageous
      - Strong analytical and data entry skills
      - Proficient computer skills
