What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive all incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, emails, or other messages from assigned customers
- Communicate effectively to transmit incoming details to appropriate security personnel
- Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing calls and their outcomes
- Audit Officer Reports daily for quality and report any client service concerns to management
- Offer suggestions for service improvement and potential dispatch efficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and communicate effectively during high call volumes
- Experience working in a call center or customer service is a plus
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in English (oral and written); ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Call center experience preferred
- Willingness to work evenings, overnights, and some weekends and holidays
- Ability to develop unique solutions balancing business needs without compromising service standards
