What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer calls, both internal and external
- Provide customers with product and service information to high standards
- Identify customer needs and determine requirements
- Handle inquiries regarding transaction and sales history
- Sell additional parts and services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience with heavy-duty commercial truck parts
- Knowledge of commercial truck supplies, equipment, and mechanical parts
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an OEM dealership
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Data entry and strong typing skills
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Language proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with customers
