What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Utilize technical proficiency to navigate software applications effectively
- Participate in a virtual kick-off session and complete a brief online skills assessment
- Attend a one-week virtual training session to master software and call handling procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Professional equipment, including a high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Dedicated workspace that is quiet and distraction-free
