What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule with open availability to work 24/7
- Experience dealing with the public over the phone
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Emergency Management or 911 Dispatch
