- Work flexible shifts, including weekends as required by the position

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a call center or comparable industry
- General computer knowledge with basic data entry skills
- Strong active listening and clear communication skills for diverse customer interactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts if preferred shifts are not available

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT HelpDesk or End User Customer Service
- Familiarity with technical manuals and basic IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of call center metrics and systems, such as schedule adherence and call management
