What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from lottery retailers regarding equipment issues and supply requests
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues through call conferencing or transfers
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot terminal equipment issues
- Provide excellent customer service by defusing situations and escalating issues as needed
- Document each retailer contact in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with relevant details

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- General computer knowledge with basic data entry skills
- Strong listening skills and clear communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on availability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT HelpDesk or End User Customer Service
- Familiarity with technical manuals and basic IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of call center metrics and systems
