What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries
- Support customers with their insurance policy needs by answering questions related to coverage, rates, and billing
- Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Property & Casualty license required for sales positions; opportunity to obtain during training
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empathize with customers
