      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with inquiries and insurance policy needs, including coverage, rates, and billing issues
      - Handle claims from customers involved in accidents, demonstrating empathy and support
      - Offer additional products to customers while addressing their primary needs
      - Navigate multiple computer systems to provide effective customer service
      - Work remotely while maintaining a designated workspace free from distractions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education
      - Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day and evening hours after training
      - Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet access
      - Must connect provided hardware directly to the router or modem via cable

      - Experience in customer service or call center environments
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes
      - Strong multitasking abilities and computer navigation skills
      - Previous experience working in a bilingual capacity
      - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
