What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
- Educate customers about Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Demonstrate empathy while helping customers set up new claim reports after accidents
- Navigate multiple computer systems to address customer questions regarding coverage, rates, and billing issues
- Offer additional products to customers based on their needs and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity to gain it during training
- Ability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day and evening hours after training
- Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access

- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in navigating computer systems
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience working in a remote environment
