What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and insurance policy needs
- Provide expert knowledge of insurance products and services to ensure appropriate coverage
- Demonstrate empathy and assist customers in filing new claim reports after accidents
- Support customers by answering questions about coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews
- Offer additional products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; opportunity to obtain during training
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems in a fast-paced environment
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions for remote work

- Experience in customer service or sales within the insurance industry
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing customer interactions
- Previous experience in a bilingual role is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
