      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
      - Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
      - Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
      - Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers
      - Navigate through multiple computer systems to assist customers effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
      - Property & Casualty license for sales roles
      - Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work weekend days and evening hours after completion of training
      - Designated workspace free from noise and distractions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services
