What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
- Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
- Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
- Must-have qualifications include relevant work experience or post-secondary education and a Property & Casualty license for sales roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Property & Casualty license for sales roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and physically connected computer equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a bilingual customer service role
