      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives: Share expertise of Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling
      - Bilingual Customer Service Representatives: Support customers' inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional products
      - Bilingual Claims Representatives: Care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports and offering customers additional products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience
      - Property & Casualty license for sales roles (opportunity to gain during training)
      - Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
