      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support in Spanish and English regarding insurance policy inquiries and claims
      - Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when assisting customers with new claim reports
      - Offer additional products and services to customers to meet their needs
      - Multitask efficiently and navigate through multiple computer systems
      - Work remotely from a designated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of relevant work experience or post-secondary education
      - Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work weekend days and evening hours after training
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries effectively
      - Proficiency in computer systems and technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional languages spoken
      - Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role
      - Knowledge of insurance industry practices and policies
