      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance inquiries and policy needs
      - Share expertise on Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
      - Answer questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews
      - Navigate through multiple computer systems while managing customer interactions
      - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
      - Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with the opportunity to gain it during training
      - Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
      - Ability to work a schedule that includes a weekend day and evening hours after training
      - Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or sales within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage options
      - Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
      - Previous remote work experience
